About Me

I'm an AI & Data Science leader with a background in physics, passionate about leveraging data and technology to drive effective decision-making, unlock value, and optimize costs through AI and ML products.

Data by itself can be misleading, that's why I promote agile scientific data-driven decision-making (AS3DM), which integrates data literacy with critical thinking and the right technological tools to ensure we're not just data-rich but also insight-smart.

I also advocate for AI and data literacy for all decision-makers and have developed a popular Udemy course that demystifies core data science concepts. 

As a certified career coach, I’m passionate about helping others grow in their data careers, though I’m currently focused on coaching within my role as a data science manager and not accepting outside clients. 

Beyond my work, I’m also a mother of two young kids, living in beautiful Vancouver. Balancing my passion for data science with the joys and challenges of parenthood has taught me the importance of adaptability and focus, values I bring to both my personal and professional life.
